I’ve spent 20 years in the land business, but my family’s history in the profession goes back much further. I’m a third-generation landman, representing more than 80 years of continuous land work across the energy, infrastructure, and real estate industries both in-house and in the field.
At Caddo Land, we combine traditional, boots-on-the-ground landwork with modern technology.
We also bring a broad range of professional credentials and capabilities, including a TREC Easement and Right-of-Way (ERW) license, Texas real estate license, notary services, and specialized land and GIS training.
Our goal is simple: provide clients with complete, experienced, practical land support from initial title and feasibility through acquisition and project completion.

Send me an NDA (or we can use mine), one representative title report, and the supporting documents. I’ll perform a limited independent QA review at no charge.
If the work is good, I’ll tell you it’s good. You owe me nothing.
But if I find material problems, such as missed conveyances, mineral reservations, unresolved estates, incorrect ownership, title gaps, bad calculations, or interests that simply weren’t run to present, I’ll document what I found and show you why I believe it’s wrong.
If I find enough significant errors, all I ask is the opportunity to talk to you about Caddo Land handling some of your future land work.
